Defective items can be returned after 14 days of a defect being discovered but in any case no longer than 28 days of purchase and will be refunded in accordance with this policy subject to provision of evidence of the defect immediately upon discovery, such as images, and compliance with the instructions for use. You have the option to ask for the replacement of a defective item and replacement in this case will be subject to stock availability and price adjustment.
Please note that we are unable to refund cash for customers who pay using the cash on delivery option, you will get store credit as a refund.
For PayPal, credit and debit card payment, the refund will always be paid using the same payment means you used to pay for your purchase.
You are able to return unsuitable items within 28 days of receipt. Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.
We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service. A returns label for your local returns center will be included in your parcel.
We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this out for you.
As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
Unfortunately we do not refund postage/shipping charges on UAE orders except for defective items.
